You can release a panorama image under a free license (e.g. "Disttibuted under the same terms as Stellarium itself" - Stellarium is under the GNU GPL) only if you are its author or if it was originally under a free license (e.g. a Creative Commons license), in which case the new license should be compatible with the original one. I've removed your links from the Landscapes page, see Talk:Landscapes.--Daggerstab 08:38, 3 May 2011 (UTC)
