Does someone know what the reference date is for this Star Cat? is it J1991.25 (like for the original Hipparcos catalogue) or is it J2000.0 (like for the original Tycho2 catalogue)? Thanks for your help. If it is known it might be good to put this in the Star Catalogue Format page.
