East Asian Characters in 0.8.2
Hello, did you encounter any problems in displaying Korean or other East Asian characters in 0.8.2? -- Gsklee 20:13, 28 November 2006 (PST)
- I found that the text file 'fontmap.dat' has the name ukai.ttf which does not exist in the package.
- I changed that name to the font file name and now the western names, the polynesian names, planets, cardinal points are shown in korean letters. Ovthrz 15:57, 6 December 2006 (PST)
- The Chinese, Egypt constellation names are shown in English for the differences bettween 5spaces and 1 tab. these files has to be changed. Ovthrz 17:38, 7 December 2006 (PST)
A reminder
About your changes to Coding standard and Stellarium Code Architecture - when translating a page, please create a separate page with a Korean title for the translation, instead of replacing the English text in the original. It is possible that you were confused by the link at 메인페이지 (Korean) - it's a collapsed link that shows Korean text but links to the English page name. --Daggerstab 06:09, 16 September 2010 (UTC)
- It was mistake. Thanky for reminding me that. Ovthrz 23:10, 16 September 2010 (UTC)
